Rhea ran from the cliffs as fast as she could and even further from the caves. It was like the world around her was crumbling, both literally and metaphorically. It seemed the arena was falling apart, Maria ran off and was nowhere to be found and Josh was back in the foggy clearing with Skye and Genevieve. But what concerned her the most was what she saw as she looked down from the cliffs. That scared her more than any of the tributes did. But now Rhea sat by a small pond and thought back to what it meant that she saw Kaspar. Could it really have been him? Or was it something that the Gamemakers had thought up to mess with her? Or maybe it was only a figment of her sleep deprived mind. Whatever it was, it confused Rhea.

That was it, Rhea needed to sleep. She was thinking too much. Her body was tired and she needed to rest. After pulling her blanket out and draping it over her shoulders she sat in silence looking out at the small pond in front of her. She put herself next to a tree and leaned against it, her spear within arms reach in case something came her way. As she sat down, every muscle in her tired body began to relax and her eyes started to close as she began to drift off into sleep, ignoring the hunger that she was beginning to feel.

The pond was anything but calm, its water splashing everywhere, waking Rhea.

Rhea stood up, the world around her was quiet and still. She walked a few steps and with each step she could feel herself sinking deeper and deeper into the mud. She slowly sank, deep into the earth not struggling to get out but letting the world around her melt as she sank down deeper. The world around Rhea grew dark, black surrounded her as she fell to her knees from the ceiling. Rhea could feel someone standing over her and as she looked up the same bloody figure of Kaspar that she saw earlier was there in front of her. He was silent, just looking at her with the same blank eyes as earlier. Rhea continued to look at him, and slowly reached her hand out to touch him but only just missed. As her fingers began to graze his hand he turned and ran. "Kaspar..." Rhea said as she started after him. She continued to follow him as he moved down a dark tunnel and towards the light. As she exited the darkness she found herself on top of the cliffs and on it were the very angry roots. Her eyes had just adjusted to the light when she felt the sharp thorns whip her side and legs. She could only stand there as the creatures began to attack her mercilessly over and over again. Rhea could feel the blood begin to leave her body and the pain began to overcome her. She watched as the thorns tore into her flesh and as her life began to drain away; lying there dying Rhea looked to see Kaspar standing there the same way he had done before. His bloody figure was the last thing she saw as she closed her eyes.

Rhea's eyes shot open revealing the real world around her. She didn't know if she was woken up by her nightmare or from the rumbling of the ground, but either way she was wide awake. She stuffed the blanket into her pack and grabbed her spears. She stood up and looked around. It was like the arena around her was slowly caving in. The earth was quaking and she could hear noises in the distance. She wondered if the cliffs had finally fallen and took out most of the arena with it. This could only mean one thing...the audience was getting bored, and a bored audience meant the Gamemakers were going to make drama. Were they going to dissolve the arena and see who could survive the longest afterwards? This was craziness. She looked around, wondering where she should go next. Should she head to where she left Josh, Genevieve and Skye, or continue on her own and maybe find Maria?

Rhea's feet seemed to be sinking into the ground, and the ground was starting to tilt here just like it had in the Foggy Clearing.

Rhea grabbed onto her spears as the ground underneath her began to sink and tilt. It was the same thing that happened in the foggy clearing. She looked around to see if there was anything stable near by or any trees near her that could fall. If it was an earthquake she wanted to stay out of the way of any large, falling items. She tried holding her ground as she thought about what she should do, thinking that running may be the best option.

It was hard to figure out what was going on when the ground at Rhea's feet seemed to be breaking apart.

The ground began to shake and crumble. There was no more time for thinking, only time for running. She grabbed her stuff and ran away. She just ran as far as she could and hope that she could soon find some stable ground somewhere.
