| Leaning against the chariot for district 4, Vanessa was gnawing on her lip and twirling her hair, which was recently streaked blue and curled, obviously nervous. She looked down at her outfit, wondering how she was to pull off the angle 'sexy'. Hearing her name called, she turned her head to see the girl from District 6 calling her name. Van headed towards her, suspicious. "Yeah?" She said, an eyebrow raised.

| Standing I my chariot gave me a nauseous feeling. My outfit was nothin special, but it's colors were vibrant. Extremely bright yellows on the back, an incredibly dark black on the front. Sure, it was a leotard and a flailing yellow cape as well, but that's show business baby!
And, I guess showbuisness made since for District 5. We provided the fine arts! All aroun ne re others stood, and I knew I could has to look friendly, for that was my speciality! I put one arm around my fellow tribute, and tightly hugged her, planning on entering like this and leaving holding her hand. The poor girl was so weak, she needed a lot of supported and fans, or she would just die in the blood bath.
