Inbox Spam

Hi guys,

Someone sent me an advertisement over pm. i dont know whether it's a rule or not but they sent a link with space inbetween so I guessing includin links isn't allowed on pm...? Thought I'd let you guys know.

Hey Cherrie! Yes there has been kind of a spammer doing a one time advertisment thing in our forums, sending everyone an ad actually I'm quite sure links are allowed and possible in pms (though correct me if I'm wrong, anyone ) but maybe in their forum, it's not allowed. The rule that we have here though is that no advertising is allowed without permission, considering it as like a spam. Our admins have tried talking to Jingles, but I don't think he/she might be coming back any time soon

So I'm not the only one who got that message then? Normally when I get a PM from people asking me to check out their website, I do look at it. But 9/10 I just delete it afterwords.

Guys, no need to worry, us admins have been taking it under our control, we've all noted that members and staff have been getting a PM, it was an ad for the site. Even Sno, the owner of the site has been aware of it and if anything like such is to happen again than we were told to put the ban-hammer down. I have already addressed the issues to, Jingles. So there is no fear for we are dealing with the issue.
