Stolen microwave, stolen burritos, stolen roof over their heads and stolen clothes on their backs. Ah, this was the life. Free from the Capitol's oppression and the scowls of the world. But it did have its downfalls.
"Hot hot hot hot h-aww" Gabe flipped the burrito in his hands until it landed on the ground. The complete opposite direction of where he'd intended it to go. He stared at it for a second, then burst into laughter. "Guess we're having flooritos!" he said to no one in particular as he stooped down to pick up the fallen lunch. That'd been pretty dumb, taking it out without a plate ready, but too late now! He transferred the still-steaming wrap from the floor to a plate on the counter, and prepared to dig in, before realizing he was alone. Usually when he screwed up, Anna or Azeala where right there to criticize. Or laugh. He turned then, looking around their small hideout for at least one of the girls.

Azalea was reading a stolen book in the dark corner-like area where she liked to kind of hide away when she heard screaming from across the room. She sighed, closed her book, got to her feet, and slunk over to the makeshift kitchen. It was full of stolen goods from previous raids, each one a fond memory of a successful expedition: a loaf of bread here, a painting there that they'd stolen to sell and then found out wasn't worth anything, a small end table and the cloth covering it. It was home. Except now, as she peered over from a few feet away where she was still standing in shadow, there was something Gabe called a 'burrito' on the floor and a bad pun ringing through her ears. "You're an idiot," she said plainly, very little emotion showing on her face as he picked it up. Gabe still seemed to intend to eat it, even though it had fallen on their not-exactly-pristine floor. Azalea raised her eyebrows. "And you should probably at least dust that off or something." She looked around. A certain fabulous blonde presence was missing. "Where's Annabelle? Did she go out?"

Azalea emerged from her hideout-within-a-hideout only to try to insult Gabe. "And you're mean!" he replied in the most childish manner he could. He then turned back to the floorito only to get some un-needed advice. "Who said I wasn't going to?" But he then took a bite out of the thing, making a big show of not dusting the dirt-ridden thing off before putting it into his mouth. Then he was going to make a snarky comment about how the dirt was good for you or something, but he had to spit the food out and put the remainder back on the plate. Idiot Gabriel had forgotten how hot the burrito had been. He stood there, panting like a dog for about a minute, trying to cool down his burning tongue. "No help here? Okay," he mumbled when he'd recovered from the scalding. But Azalea was already on another subject. "Dunno...I thought you were both gone. Maybe she took Rocky out for a bit?" He looked around, abandoning the steaming burrito for the moment.

Azalea shrugged at Gabe's insult. "Suit yourself." He was apparently too prideful to clean his food now that she had suggested it, and Azalea smirked as he forgot how hot it was in the moment and had to spit it out. She watched, mildly amused and slightly judgmental, as he tried to cool off his mouth and tongue. When he mentioned Annabelle might be out with Rocky, Azalea nodded. "Maybe. Sooo..." she trailed off. "Let's steal something." She sat down on the edge of the table, narrowly avoiding his plate, and tilted her head. "I'm bored."

Annabelle had bee roaming the outside with Rocky all morning and she loved to watch the sunset rise with her dog. They even laid in the field for awhile and just rested, which had led for Annabelle to fall asleep. Eventually she woke up again and her and her dog walked back to what they called home. She climbed in through a window and then she helped her dog in. She could hear voices in the home and then hiding in the shadows she heard the young girl speak. She wanted to go steal something and Anna smirked. "What you guys planning to go steal without me." She said walking into view and into the kitchen. "Deeply offended you all didn't ask me" She said putting on a fake hurt face and had her hand over her heart. Then she broke out into a grin. "Any idea what you want to steal in particular?" She asked them leaning against the wall.

Gabe's eyes lit up at the suggestion. "Boredom's the perf- Angel! How kind of you to join us" He split off when Annabelle started to speak, spinning about to look at her. She said she was offended, and he made a pouty face, "Not our fault, you weren't around." He held on to that face for a bit longer, then cast a longing glance at his still-flaming burritos, "I could use some more of those...oh, I know! There were some really cool knife things in that one store over that way," He waved his hand to the left, "I'd love to grab some of them."

Azalea turned as Annabelle joined them. "More of an urge than a plan, really," she said simply. She didn't care much for the rest of the conversation until Gabe mentioned knives. "What?" Had Azalea been a cat, her ears would have perked up. "Are we going to go get knives?" Her face lit up. She tied her hair up into a high ponytail as fast as possible and hurried over to the exit. Azalea had always loved knives. She didn't want to go around killing people, but that didn't mean she couldn't appreciate the weapon itself. "Come on, let's go," she complained, growing impatient. "Just a store, yeah? Easy enough." The corners of her lips turned upwards ever so slightly in what could possibly be considered a small smile, probably a result of the combined adrenaline from preparing to steal something and the anticipation of acquiring new knives.
