The gong sounded, signalling for the three Contestants to begin their fight...

Astoria, had been smirking the whole time. She picked up her double spears and then walked ino the arena area. It was her facing two boys, she already had one advantage, her second was her victor status and already being a trained fighter. She had the potential to kill both of them if she really wanted, even with dull spears. She could do major damage, but no one was dying in this thing, otherwise no one would sign up. Astoria heard the gong and held one spear for defense and the other made a strike at the boy, Kayden.

Andrew watched as Astoria went straight for the other boy, no nonsense. He knew who she was, and remembered how she had won her games, that would make this very, very fun for him. He stepped forwards and took a cautious swing at her, testing her reflexes. "So Astoria, what happened to the flirty girl who won the games. Did all the boys just lose interest in you?" he asked, winking at her. Who cares if she's older, he was just trying to mess with her anyways.

Kayden chuckled and swung at the boy, it was almost like a chain, he thought. He looked at the victor, he remembered her as the Victor of the the games, he didn't remember which ones, but she won, he shook his head and looked at her, "So how's it like, stepping into the spotlight again?" he asked. She swung at him, he wanted to try and block with his shield, but he didn't know what to do with it. He assumed he could shield so he attempted to block.
