Fashion was never Deluna's thing. She never cared for it, and simply wore what fit and worked for her situations. However, it seemed that her stylist was thinking about more than function when she picked out her outfit. The dress was simple enough, which was basically the only thing that she appreciated about the dress. It was a deep royal blue, with a flowing bottom half that made Deluna feel like she was unraveling as she walked.

Pearls shone along her neckline, visible in the light of the Capitol's obvious lights. Her heels clacked along the flooring, making her feel like anyone and everyone knew where she was. Hopefully she wouldn't be clad in heels for the arena. The other tributes were dressed similar, being fancy and well... uncomfortable. Deluna wasn't really interested in showing off herself, especially to those people who didn't care if she lived.

Her heart pounded loudly in her ear as the people called her name. Blinking quickly, she tried taking deep breaths as she walked up onto the stage. Screams and whistling could be heard as soon as she arrived, and the sound was shocking. Deluna suddenly felt like her shoes were a size too big, and she forgot how to walk. The Capitol was loud, their noises deafening as she heard Caesar say something. "Hi," she managed, smiling weakly.

The Capitol definitely wasn't home. Deluna sighed, focusing on her breathing. Keep it together. Brushing a strand of hair behind her ears, she tried her best to smile. "Well, it sure isn't home, but it's ..." she broke off, glancing at the crowd. "Different," she finished. Turning back to Caesar, the tribute quickly let out a nevrous laugh. "A good different."
