Geoff realized that the trees had thinned out and he gasped. "YAY!!!" he exclaimed, giving Gemma a quick hug of happiness. "Mountain climbing, mountain climbing, la la la, here we gooo!" he sang as he trudged up the side of the mountain. "Ooh! If we get to the top and there are people below, let's set clothes on fire and drop them on their heads!" He was getting more excited by the minute, but also a little thirsty. Geoffrey hoped they would find water soon, or even better, a platform overlooking other tributes with a good hiding place so they could screw with them. He wasn't sure which was less likely, but he figured they'd eventually come across someone or something to kill no matter what, so he wasn't too worried about getting bored.

Gemma giggled with her brother and she was very excited, it had been three days now and she was getting thirsty but she knew that with the mountains there was a little shimmer of hope of finding water. Gemma liked the aspect of the mountains because she knew that they had many advantages but they also had their cons like everything out. Gemma started to hum songs along with her brother, she remembered a few tunes from their parents before they had been murdered. "I think we should just burn the clothes because they might be able to put out the fire and use the clothes which we don't want them to have them." She said grinning, "It'd be easier for you to see their vital organs that way." Gemma said and she was looking around trying to find any sign of water or even a trail that led to it as she went up the trail with her brother.

In front of them was a worn trail, it looked so peaceful in the sunlight as a few plants were poking out from around the trail.

Geoff spun in circles on his way up the mountain, wiggling his arms about. He began to dance (( because Rainy is bored. Sometimes I refer to myself in the third person and it's kind of weird. Not even going to bother putting that in parenthesis. How does one evern spell parentheses? My computer doesn't correct either one. There is no read squiggly line. Is this a real post? No. Am I too lazy to write a real post? Yes. Am I seriously considering sending this? Yes. I probably will. But first I'll write something about what Geoffrey's actually doing so there's something to reply to and I guess I'll just put this in a parenthesis... es... idk... or maybe a spoiler. If you're reading this, you probably already know! I just read that out loud to the the tune of Do You Want to Build a Snowman because why not it just happened la la!!! OKayyy i should probably write a post now but at least this looks like i actually wrote something right? please don't kill me ari i can edit this out. :Pnoooworries sorrehsorandari. 'GO TELL IT ON THE MOUNTAIN!' he mouthed, not wanting to make too much noise in case there were predators about. He figured that if any mutt saw him, they'd just think he was an odd creature with a really strange mating dance trying to attract other tributes.

Gemma saw he trail, unlike her brother, who seemed to just be doing as he please. Gemma wasn't thinking properly which was probably to do with dehydration. Gemma just wanted to find water so she turned onto the path that was by them and she was hoping for the best, at what would come of it, they had to give it a shot at least, didn't they? Gemma also wanted to rest at some point, but there wasn't time at the moment, she'd have to wait until they found somewhere safe.

The twins began to feel a dryness in their throats, knowing that they needed water soon the trail provided them a little hope of finding it. Moving up, the plants began to thin a little and more and more rocks started to surround them.

"Ooh!" Geoffrey gasped. "Rocks! Should we collect some to throw at people or just like, let them chill. I mean, we've got some knives." He shrugged and skipped along, being more careful with his footing so as not to trip. His throat was feeling dry, though, which was bothering him. "I hope there's water up here," he mentioned, letting a a bit of a whiney tone crawl onto his words. "It's been, what three-four days? We probably need water. That's just, like, the rules of survival." He giggled. "Remember that time we forgot about the Albaras family and just left them in the basement for weeks and they deteriorated?" Geoffrey picked up the paced a little, spurred by the happy memory. "Ah... good times."

(this is going to be horribly short and out of character probs but just posting now xD)

Gemma watched as things started to thin out, and she wondered if that had meant they were closer to finding water, her mouth was incredibly dry though and she was very tired, she wanted to rest, and she wanted to snuggle up close to her brother. They were truly inseparable and ever since they were in the womb they slept together pretty much, so it wasn't out of norm, and no slept together doesn't mean they did the dirty bit it meant they just fell asleep beside each other all the time. Plus being close like that would help them keep each other warm, also they couldn't make a tent or a barricade out of clothing and such. Gemma was losing energy fast due to lack of her bodily needs. She tiredly kept looking for a hint of water and hoped she'd find it soon before they died of starvation, Gemma also tried to keep her eyes pealed for herbs or berries of sorts that may be safe to eat just so they had something, but even if they had water it could be enough to sustain them longer until they found food, just thirst was huge.

As the dryness became more and more evident and the dizziness started to sink in the two reached the top of the trail, reaching what appeared to be a spring of sorts.
