No, I know what you're thinking, but I swear he's not mine

Storm sat by the lake that he often had visited with his older sister before she...well... Anyway, this was the first time he'd been back in a while, and this time, he'd brought a friend along. Or sibling. Or baby. Or whatever Kaden was. The little kid had been left in his care for the day for "sibling bonding." THe little kid was awake but not crying, for some unknown reason. "Or maybe, you know that if you make a sound, I'll through you in the water," he said, looking deadly serious at his little brother. The little kid started to laugh, "Oh you think that's funny do you?" he said, smiling as well, which only cause little Kaden to laugh even more. Soon, they were both laughing at each other so much that it would be sure to cause attention...if anyone was around.

Castiel had been off from work for a while. His dad always said he could do it himself, so this time, he listened. He didn't really know where he was going. Castiel never really did. So the first place he saw that appealed to him was water. He was going to get a sip of in when he felt like somebody was watching him. Castiel peeked to his left, and then to his right. He didn't see anybody, so he just sipped the water and turned around. The people he saw, one looked familiar, the baby, did not. It was the boy he saw from school. No, he couldn't have children. He thought awkwardly. Castiel gave Storm a small wave and walked over to him. He was cautious of how delicate people were, so he tried not to scare the baby he was with.

Kaden was the first to notice Castiel, giggling more and waving back, "Goo gah gi goo~" the little kid spoke in baby-speak, not having really spoken his first words yet. This, of course, caused Storm to turn his head. Seeing Castiel, he also returned the wave. "Hey, fancy seeing you here, eh?" he said, greeting his friend.

Castiel felt awkward when the baby kid started to say things he couldn't even describe. He wasn't sure how to read lips very well, but he kind of got the hang of it. That is, if they're speaking English. Castiel smiled at Storm, reading his lips. He didn't talk, all he did was nod for a good five seconds or so. He wasn't a good conversation starter, so he just waited for Storm. His face went a bit pale as he waited for the boy to respond. It sucks only a few people in Nine know sign.. He thought.
