Description of the District

District 4 sits on the oceanfront. Normally conditions are sunny and warm, but storms can roll in quickly and plague the district for days. The dock front is a vast network of unloading and docking sections mixed with beaches. Just beyond the beaches lies the upper section of the district, where most of the warehouses for fishermen sit, big and small. The houses range from smaller palm huts to clay buildings for the richer citizens. The Victors village lies just on the edge of the richer edge of the town.
