Caesar stood upon the stage, smiling into the crowd. Exuberantly he said, "Welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome!" Caesar absorbs the crowds cheering, his smile growing larger. "Let us give a warm welcome to our dear Gamemakers! They've been generous enough to spare some time in their busy Schedule this games for an Interview in front of all of Panem!"

Belladonna smiled as she made her way onto the stage, waving at the crowd. She sat in a plush chair across from Caesar and her co-head-gamemaker and crossed one leg over the other. "Thank you, Caesar, my dear." She squinted in the stage light, narrowing her eyes. The painted smile melted off her face, but she kept a mildly pleasant expression for the time being. "It is truly an honor to be here. We're so happy to be running this year's games for you all. It's going to be a good one," Bella added with a wink. She loved that she could tell these people a bunch of teenagers dying in an extra special way was a good thing and they would agree. The capitol was really a wonderful place for anyone creative.
