Eli is at home

After coming back from the woods after the reaping, hell of a day to go huntting what?  With the capitol over looking everything?  Eli walked inside his house and went straight to the stove.   He looked in the bucket and saw that there was only enough coal to cook one meal and keep them warm for one more night.  Eli sighed.
"Nobody ever has enough around these parts,"  he muttered.
'What was that son?"  His mother asked him.
He shook his head.  "Nothing mom, "  he said.
He fixed up the fire place before lighting it.  After skinning the meat, he handed his sister the furs who was already down here.
"Hey bubba, what did you get?"  Rosemarry asked hopping on her heals.
Eli just smilled and shook his head.
"We have enough coal for tonight mom,"  he said.
His mom nodded.  "Alright,"  she said.
He nodded too.  He looked to the door.  Eli's dad was still at the mines.

After fixing dinner, it was still two hours or so until dinner time.   Eli set out to head to the hob.  He didn't find much money but, he did have enough.  Hopefully.
