"Yea sure, like I believe you. I got seen by at least 100 different people, I'm sure you were watching on your little cameras weren't you." I frowned backing away slowly. I wasn't afraid to play hardball with her, so long as I wasn't threatened I would be on the attack.

"I will admit..We have cameras and I watched a bit but I felt bad about what I did." I say looking at Star. "Accept my apology or not, I don't care..This doesn't happen every day, I'm not always this nice." I said and crossed my arms. "I'm not going to hurt you." I say and just stand there looking at her. I wasn't going to, I made it a promise that today I'd be nice and nothing but it, tomorrow I could be as cruel as I wanted.

I scoffed which turned into a giggle then a full blown laugh. "Yea sure, and I'm president of Panem." I scowled "You're not fooling me with your little 'act' we both know perfectly well that we can't stand each other and want to use all of our power to humiliate the other." I issued my ultimatum, I would NEVER become anywhere close to acquaintances with her. "So unless you have some sort of challenge, then bugger off."

I smiled at her, I would contain my patience no matter what and keep to my promise. I mentally balled my fists but in reality and physical form my fingers twitched. "Why can't you accepted when someone's being nice to you." I said and looked at her. "No need to be harsh, I don't even care that you're skipping your training days, it's only hurting your self." I said.

"Because it's SO clear you're just acting." I frowned. "Honestly don't you have some other poor girl to harass and send stripping through the streets?" Then I laughed "And you honestly think I care about training? I'm already best in the district, except for Diamond of course, but she's a year older." I laughed again, "You have no idea, you'll never be as good as us. You know it, and I know it."

It was my turn to laugh. "I already have more than half of the experience you do and I'm twelve.. I still have approximately five years to go." I said and then stopped laughing. "Besides that point, I may be acting but I already said the first person I saw while out walking I'd be nice to today..and then tomorrow I'll find some entertainment." I said shrugging being perfectly honest.

"Yea like I'd believe that." I scoffed. "Off to torture some poor teddy bear, alright go play your little games." I turned and strode away swearing under my breath that I'd knock off that girl one day. She destroyed what little respect I had left. I'd get her back.

It was a few days later and Jade was standing there and her hand on her hips glaring at the little children that were four years old or something. Jade was yelling and screaming at them for being so stupid and not doing what she had asked, if her father ever caught sight of this she'd never get away with anything ever again or she'd be put in room lock down or something.

I stopped and my hands fell down to my sides. I knew that voice, it hadn't been long since I had last heard it, now I had fallen right into the traps of the ones I always used, Karma really was real and I had living proof. Soon enough I shooed the kids off and my fists tightened into making small balls. I turned around and faced Star. "Skipping the academy again!" I hissed at her glaring.

I'll admit, she scared me. Essentially we both had each other by the throat. "Perhaps," I began, "We could work something out, you're so obviously not new to this bullying thing, and I do enjoy my free time oh so much." I smirked "You turn me in, I'll turn you in, I turn you in, you'll turn me in."

I laughed. "So, I guess we should settle this the old fashioned way."

We both had a problem here, if I told on her she'd tell on me and if she told on me I'd tell on her. I looked at her and my hands were placed on my hips. "Well we have to settle it some way." I point out and wait for something to be said back. I didn't have too much to say to her.

"Like I said, the old fashioned way." I rubbed my hands together and took a deep breath. "A Dare contest, loser has to swear they won't tell on the other, winner gets the other for a personal servant." I said "Sound good?"

I looked at Star, this must have been a form of revenge for her and of course for me.. I probably wouldn't be able to come up with much but I wouldn't admit that. I smirked and looked at her. "Sounds good, who goes first." I ask.

"Fine." I grumbled. Really the thought didn't occur to me so I thought for a little bit. "Walk down to the end of the street and when one or more people walk by shout out that you love the Capitol." I said smirking. I remembered how much she disliked them and figured to use it to my advantage.

I groaned out loud. "Fine." I walked out into the street, went to the corner and began to walk down, I passed a few shops and a lot of homes. Whenever I came up to someone I said something the along the lines of "Hey, how ya doin? I love the Capitol."

I grinned as she went up and did what I had dared her too. I wonder what I'd have in store for me, it was a it of a mystery. When she came back I smirked. "Fun, was it not?" I say sarcastically and chuckle.

"Hahaha," I frowned "So funny," I sighed thinking of a good dare. "I dare you, little Ms. Perfect, to kick someone in the shins while a peacekeeper is watching, then wink at him" I smirked, 'Top that' I thought.

"Please, you make this easy." I said grinning. Peacekeepers couldn't do much to harm me, they weren't 'daddy's little girl' now were they? No I was. After looking for awhile I found some random guy walking and made sure a peacekeeper was watching and kicked him in the shins. There was a moment of conflict as the peacekeeper rushed over, that's when I winked at him. The peacekeeper could only do one thing and that was lead me away from the man. Didn't bother me none.
