Brief History: Roxy’s dad died in the month after Elsie was born. She barely ever knew him. Her mother remarried two years later to a man named Vincent. Vincent blew all their money on mice. He had an obsession with mice, but the mice ate all of the family’s grain and drove them into bankruptcy. Now, the family needs one of them to win the Hunger Games for the money, and Roxy is the only one eligible.
Physical Appearance: Roxy is a redhead. She had curly, shoulder-length ginger hair. She has light skin with some freckles. She is a little short. She is average weight and has hazel eyes.
Personality: Roxy is very spunky. She’s light-hearted, funny, and friendly, but she has an attitude when it comes to authority. She likes to go by her own rules and gets in trouble for that sometimes. She has many friends and is very social. She hates animals, especially mice.
Flaw: Over-confident and cocky.
