Physical appearance: Jemmy has dark brown hair that cascades in waves down her back. Misty gray eyes are Jem's most attractive quality. She has a slim figure, and is kind of tall at 6'1". Jem has prominent cheek bones and long eyelashes.
Personality: Jemmy Pond is a quiet girl who doesn't have many friends. The few that she does have are really close to her, though. She is pretty, but doesn't aknowledge the fact becase she doesn't believe it to be true. Jemmy is very selfless, and goes out of her way to help others when she can. When people do decide to talk to her and get to know her, it doesn't take long for them to gain Jemmy's trust.
Flaw: Jemmy can be a bit too trusting at times.
Talents: Good with electronics, and technology in general. Jemmy is surprisingly good at healing and medicinal arts.

Brief History: Jemmy grew up in District Three, living a normal life for one in Panem. Her childhood was quiet, she was always a shy girl. School was her passion, and she loved learning about electronics and trechnology. Jemmy wants to have a career in the Capitol maybe, if she doesn't die in the Arena. As a kid, Jemmy once put her finger in an electrical socket. This taught her to never underestimate electricity, and to never do that EVER again.

Jemmy does not seem to have any problems, so she is accepted! However, you are correct that a taser would probably not be available (although you never know, it could come up... doubtful though ). In addition, I would like to point out that 6'1" for a 13-year-old girl is extremely tall, not merely "kind of tall." Nothing wrong with her height and you don't have to change it, but it is much taller than average especially for a younger adolescent girl. Just pointing that out, mostly because of your description of it. But yeah, Jemmy is accepted! Have fun in district 3!

MEADOW HEMMEL

Physical Appearance Meadow has short, curly brown hair, only coming down to her shoulders. She has striking green-blue eyes, and they are quite big. She isn't that pretty, but what she lacks in appearance, she makes up for in character. She had an accident when she was younger, and she has a limp. Her left leg was broken, and never set right.
Personality:Meadow is well-liked in District two, and she is sweet as well. She is humble, but she also does have a temper. When she gets betrayed, she can have a quite explosive attitude. Meadow rarely yells though, only when she has been completely hurt. Rarely do people make fun of her limp, as she is well-liked. But when the odd person does, she doesn't usually get angry; instead, she gets emotional for a bit.
Flaw:She isn't very forgiving.

Family:Sister Dakota, parents are dead.
Pets:Garter snake named Vook
Brief History:Meadow's parents were drunks and abusive to ehr and her sister Dakota. The two girls ran away when Meadow was eleven and Dakota was thirteen. They left to be with their friend's family. Weirdly enough, two months after they left, their parents died in a tragic house fire. Many people say that the cause was matches and too much alcohol. Dakota and Meadow were both officially adopted by the family they had run away to.

WOODROW TANNER
Age/B-day: 16/ April 30th. (recently turned sixteen)
Gender: Male
District: Eight

Weapon: brass knuckles
Physical appearance: Woody has short, curly brown hair that covers his big ears. He has beautiful chocolate-colored eyes that always have a sparkle of mischief in them. He is exactly six feet tall, due to the fact of a major growth spurt. He's quite skinny, which isn't really that surprising. He runs every day, early in the morning, just to stay fit. He says that if he ever got reaped for the games, then at least he'd be in shape!
Personality: Woodrow has a real flair for the dramatic. As a young boy, he always used to love to act out sword fights and things like that. He loves acting in general, really. He also loves trouble.
One thing that Woody loves to do is climb trees. His skinny frame and small weight help him in this. But what he uses the trees for is another matter. Sometimes Woody would like to climb the apple tree right outside the baker's window and steal some bread!
But really the only time he would do this is when his family was super hungry. Normally they scraped by. Woodrow also loves to run.
Flaw: Woody is a bit of a trouble maker.
Talents: When he wants to be, Woodrow can be very silent on his feet. He is also a fast runner and is in decent shape. Reading, writing.
Family: Mom Liz, Sister Yauna(11)
Pets: Owl named Idris.
Brief History: Woody was always close to his dad and his sister Yauna. Unfortunately, his dad Jacob hung himself one day. No member of the family could figure out why.Both Woody and Yauna found his body swinging on a rope. Yauna became silent and wouldn't talk to anyone but Woody. Woody himself tried growing closer to his mom instead. She was missing him too, Woody thought to himself, and spent more time with her.
Woody has only a handful of friends, and this may be because of his personality. Also, no one really understands him.
Many times he feels lonely and dejected. Trees and his sister Yauna raise his spirits considerably.
