"How about Haley... or Hannah?" Storm was shaking his head before the names even came out of his mouth. Who knew naming a kid would be this hard? He flipped through a few more pages of the book, but nothing caught his eye. With a sigh, he got to his feet. "Are you hungry? I'm hungry," He said, making his way over to the kitchen part of the house.
The Avian house had become the most used meeting place for the couple, now that walking out to their tractor seemed unreasonable and Fallon's aunt continuously glared at Storm any time he was at her place. So that left Storm's house, even though he still didn't like bringing Fallon around when his parents were home. Today, Elliot and Ashiru were both off, so they had taken Kaden out to enjoy the nice day, so those obstacles had taken care of themselves.
But those thoughts weren't on Storm's mind as he began going through the pantry. The dwindling stock he'd need to refill, he noted, hoping Fallon wouldn't see that. No, his thoughts mostly were about their child, and how no baby book in the nation of Panem had the right name. "Remember, you're welcome to anything and everything, no matter how crazy it sounds."

Fallon was sitting down on the couch, as Storm was reading names from the book on which one they should pick. Almost every name there was out there, it was wrong, and it wouldn't work for a daughter of theirs. Of course Fallon had been pregnant for some time now, and she was practically due any day, and they still had no name, so it was fairly mandatory they have one now. They didn't have many ultrasounds around in the district, but Storm's mother had one that she was allowed to use and they found out that Storm and Fallon would be having a girl, so that made naming her that much easier. There was hardly a single name they liked though, they might as well just not name her at all. Storm got up for food asking if she was hungry.

"that's not even a question anymore, I'm always hungry." Fallon said to him and she yawned as she sat there. Most of the time she was over at his house, and through out most of the pregnancy he was sleeping over at his house, even though her aunt didn't like that she was pregnant, she knew not much else could happen while sleeping over at Storm's house, since the most damaging thing that could have happened, had happened. 'What about Elizabeth or Lisa?" Fallon asked flinging the names out there, she was tired of trying to find a name, but it had to sound right.

Storm was still rummaging when Fallon called out her suggestions, but those were a no too. At least in his opinion. "I like Elizabeth better, but that still feels wrong. Too... normal, I guess?" he said, getting out supplies for a sandwich. "Any special requests from the guest of honor?" He said, a bit of a laugh slipping into his tone. As he waited for an answer, he started throwing out suggestions. "Elaine? Or maybe use a flower, like Lilac... nevermind, that last one's a curse to any kid."

Fallon wasn't entirely sure what she wanted and then she had to think for a bit before she came up with an answer. Usually you see her normal cravings were either pickles or pickles with peanut butter. It didn't vary too much but today she was having something different, "Could it be a pickle, banana, honey, and mayonnaise sandwich on rye?" Fallon asked biting her lip, it still had pickles in it at the very least, she really hadn't had much else, surprisingly. Fallon didn't even generally like pickles that much. "Hmm, what about Lavender or Orchid ?" She asked him for name ideas.

Thankfully, all the things she wanted were there. "Honey and mayo? That's a new one," he said as he made the sandwich. Storm knew that women got weird cravings, but sometimes Fallon's tastes still shocked him. And if she wanted more honey later, he'd have to make a run for it. "Now we're just naming her after Kaden's crayons," he laughed, but he was obviously joking. If Fallon really liked Orchid, they could go for that. He finished the meals and returned to her, sitting down next to her on the couch. "Wisteria? or Lilly? Those aren't colors, right?" He said, handing her the odd concotion she'd requested.

When he asked about the honey and mayo, she grinned and nodded. "I don't make these up just or the purpose of it. I don't even want to eat it half the time, but cravings I must fulfill." She said and then she listened to him as he mentioned now they were just naming Kaden's crayons and she laughed a bit and then she waited for him to come sit down beside her and he suggested a name as he handed her the plate with her sandwich on it. "I like Lily, but how about Lillian, and we call her Lily for short?" Fallon asked him and she picked up her sandwich taking a bit. "You want to try it?" She said joking with him.

Storm blinked in surprise. Lily hadn't really been a suggestion, he'd just started naming flowers. But now that he thought about it, Lily seemed to work. Fallon said it'd work as a nickname, and her next suggestion just seemed to click. "Lillian," he repeated, sounding it out. "I like that. A lot." Storm was grinning now. It seems they may have finally picked a name. He went to take a bite of his own sandwich, but Fallon was offering him a bite, and he had to stop and laugh. "No way. I can make it for you, but I'm not going to give in to your cravings," he said, shaking his head.

Fallon smiled, it had seemed they had finally both agreed on something and thought it was a good name. Fallon was happy that now they had decided on a name and she was glad that the stress of it was over. When he said he didn't want to try it she chuckled softly. "It's not as bad as it sounds" Fallon said as she took another bite of her sandwich and then she was mostly content they had the house to themselves for once. His parents weren't asking questions about what their plans were, and as much as she loved Kaden it did get difficult to watch him sometimes. "What about a middle name?" She asked. It wasn't as mandatory luckily. She picked up her mug of tea she had with her previously and she took a sip.

"Suuuure," he said, opting to continue eating his own sandwich. He was about halfway through when Fallon spoke again. Storm's hands dropped to his lap, taking the sandwich with them. "Fallon... why must you remind me?" He was shaking his head as he chuckled. He leaned back on the couch, looking up at the ceiling as he thought. After what seemed like forever, a name finally seemed to fit right. "How about... Odette?" It was a bit odd, but that seemed fitting.

Fallon continued to eat her sandwich as she sat there and she waited for him to have a suggestion for their child's middle name. When he suggested Odette she thought about it for awhile and she thought it was a good name but then she had an idea. After she finished her sandwich she finished her tea and then shared her idea with him. "Why don't we give her two middle names and have it be an acronym to be Lupa, like after your sister." she then paused and was trying to think of a name that started with u. "What about Umbriel? I'm not sure on the 'p' yet."

Fallon just didn't want Storm to finish his sandwich. "Funny how that can work out..." he trailed off, thinking about that option. He hadn't let his mind wander to Lupa in a long time, and it was a bit startling to bring it up. He let his mind linger for a moment, deciding whether the naming would be a good idea. "I think she'd like that, yeah," Storm said finally. He looked to Fallon, waiting for her suggestions. "Sounds dark... I like it," he said, "But P's a tough one. Maybe... Phaedra? Or... Pandora?"

Fallon waited for Storm to say yes or no to her idea about Lupa. She knew that it was a touchy subject for him, but she figured that the legacy of Lupa needed to live on a bit, even if it was through an acronym in their daughter's name. Fallon felt bad that he had lost his sister, so normally she refrained from bringing her up, but today she was sure he wouldn't mind too much. Which no appeared to be the case. She smiled as he agreed to the idea. He agreed to Umbriel and she smiled. That was one name down, and then he suggested names for the second one. "Hmm, I like Phaedra. So Lillian Umbriel Phaedra Avian?" She asked him hoping they had figured out her full name now. Fallon then looked over to the sandwich sitting there, that he left unattended, and it was pretty much half eaten. She blushed a bit as what came out next was a bit embarrassing but she couldn't help it. "You gonna finish that?" She asked pointing to the sandwich. She didn't care if it was what her craving was, she was hungry, she'd eat anything edible.

Storm sighed as Fallon said the full name aloud. Finally, it seemed they'd named their child. Even that thought felt weird as it appeared, but Storm pushed the oddity out and focused on the name. "Well, Lily'll probably hate us for the double middle name, but it's perfect." He said with a laugh. Yet another odly-named Avian. That was funny, when had they decided Lily would have-You gonna finish that?.
Jerked from his thoughts, Storm looked from Fallon to his sandwich, then back again. With a pained expression, he picked up the half-eaten meal. "You know what? i don't think I will. Have at it," he handed the sandwich to Fallon, forcing a smile. He had really wanted that, but Fallon was determined not to let him have it.

Fallon had been sitting there for a bit, waiting for him to respond but once he said it was perfect she smiled and had a grin on her face. She was glad that he thought it was a good name too. Lily would learn to like it in the end, of course at first it'll be difficult for her to learn but that's alright. Soon he decided to give her his sandwich, and she knew well enough he probably wanted it. "I'm sorry." She said sheepishly, normally she wouldn't even ask for his food though, just right now she was hungry but she still felt bad. Fallon kissed his cheek and then smiled at him hoping he was okay with it for now.

Storm was touched that she at least had the decency to apologize. "Don't worry... you're eating for two anyway," he smiled, scooting a bit closer to her on the couch. It was then that she kissed him on the cheek and he turned to look at her. "Well then, all is forgiven," he gave another half smile, thought about kissing her back. But Fallon really wanted that sandwich, and he wasn't going to hold her up any longer. Instead, he turned away and flopped his back against the sofa. "Lillian, Umbriel, Phaedra, Avian," he said it slowly as he settled into the seating, the first time he'd actually said her full name out loud. "Well, that's step two down, finally," he chuckled. It only took them practically the entire pregnancy. "So is that sandwich better or worse than honey-mayo?"

Fallon smiled as Storm scooted closer to her. She began to eat some of his half eaten sandwich, it wasn't bad just wasn't as good as the cravings sometimes. Although Fallon was glad that soon she'd no longer have the odd cravings, she liked normal food combinations, but you could never over rule the cravings. While she ate her sandwich she heard Storm slowly say Lily's full name and smiled, hearing it out loud slowly, made it better. She was glad that they finally figured out the name, it took them a long time but thinking it through so critically paid off. "So what are we gonna do after the baby is born? We can't live separately and raise the baby that way it's too difficult." She said thinking aloud. They didn't need an answer at this exact moment but she wanted the thought out there. "All food is good, but honey and mayo isn't the best combination." She joke around.

Storm was glad she'd taken his sandwich now. Nothing to be interrupted through. "Hold on now, that's step four! Or maybe it is three..." he said, trailing off at the end as he seriously considered the question. Fallon's place would mean her aunt, and all of her cousins. And leaving Kaden with his parents. But he's their kid, and now you've got your own, he reminded himself. It just felt wrong to leave Kaden behind like that. But if Fallon moved in, she'd leave behind her own family, and he couldn't ask her to do that. Especially with Elliot still around. "You're right on that but..." he was trying to reason out an answer. It wasn't as easy as the rest had been, "Maybe we should just find our own place? Like in the middle ground of where we are now?" That way they were all on their own, but close enough to their families. It wasn't perfect, but it was a hope.
