Paint it Black

Dane strolled into the training gym confidently as always. He took a look around to see if there were any interesting stations around hoping that there would be something that would catch his interest and maybe even a girl or two. A lot of tributes were hanging around the sword fighting stations and melee areas  and few here and there making their home over at the survival booth. Nothing really caught his attention as much as when he looked over to the painting station. Dane always had a soft spot for painting, even as a young boy he seemed somehow gifted when it came to holding a paint brush. He never really told anyone though or publicly announce it to anyone around, like anyone would have really cared anyways. Keeping his back straight, Dane strolled forwards over to that station and it was then he noticed standing there was an attractive blonde girl. His interest was piqued and with an eyebrow raised he made his way over to her. Picking up a paintbrush he dabbed a few colors on his forearm and looked up at her with a wide grin on his face. Putting most of his weight on his right arm as he leaned on the table, "Hey there, you come here often?" He said as he finished off the sentence with a very cliche wink.

Dane smirked widely, his lips angling up his cheek. "Blondie, I got plenty of lines but I can't blow my load all in one go now can I? I mean what fun is that?" Another guy came up around this time, putting his arm around her and acting friendly enough to suggest that they at least knew each other so it was safe to assume that these two were district partners. Dane scanned their arms, looking for the magic number that would tell him exactly where they were from and if his suspicion was correct, though he knew it would be. His eyes caught the patch with the number on it and just as he thought they were district partners, but again this was a simple observation that he and anyone could have made. No one else was partners from the same district could have the same chemistry and know names that well....well unless this guy was just as vivacious as Dane himself. If that was the case, Dane knew who he wanted by his side most of the time.

The white 2 stood out on their sleeves, indicating that these two were not only from District 2 but also these were two of the tributes that would make up the career group. Though unlike most stereotypical careers, these two didn't seem all together serious or bloodthirsty. At least that wasn't the aura that was being given off to Dane. He mentally shrugged, either way these two seemed a lot better then the uptight tributes that seemed to fill this gym so far. "Yea Blondie, how could you possibly resist a face like mine?" Dane winked again, a wide smile on his face as he turned to grab some stuff to try and paint and camouflage things with. If he was going to be at this station he might as well learn something while he was flirting.
