Personality/Appearance
Physical Appearance: A medium-young tween who has fairly light skin and copper hair. She has scars on her forehead and legs, and some pimples. She has true sapphire eyes, with a small nose. Her arms are strong from climbing trees often.
Personality: Umber can be hot-tempered,so unless you can calm her down watch out! However she is very wary of new people, because of the Hunger Games. It's very hard to earn her trust, but if you can she's loyal to you forever. She's also wise and vigilant when she needs to be.
Flaw: she's overly cautious of strangers, she really sucks at close combat
Talents: bow and arrow, climbing, naturally fast, has fairly accurate aim, sets snares
Family/History
Family: she has a sister, Amber Flame
Pets: two cats and a dog, Blackberry(a black cat named by Amber), Flame(a flame-colored cat, named by Umber), and Coal(a black lab)
Brief History: Her mother died giving birth to Amber, and her father died early on from a tracker jacker attack. The scars on her legs were gotten when hunting, several times she was snagged by a branch and it broke the skin. The scar on her forehead was from her sister, they had gotten into a fight and Umber got scratched by Amber's nails, which left a small scar. She named her sister after a precious gemstone she had seen once that her mother had liked, and then started hunting way more often to keep her and her sister alive. She had been hunting illegally before, but now she was out and about every second of every day catching deer, rabbits, and mice with arrows, daggers, and snares. She had gotten good at climbing trees just before her first reaping, so she was full of hope for staying alive. She didn't need to though, and she took care of Amber for a while... until now.

Hello there! Great job on your first character - can't wait to see her in 11 - but there are a couple of things I'm concerned about. Firstly, you mentioned scars in her physical appearance. I'd really like to know what these are from, so if you could add that into her history, that'd be great! Also, because you have listed five talents, I'd like to see an extra flaw, just to balance them out (maybe make it a physical flaw, like she sucks at close combat, or something).

There, I fixed it. Hopefully that'll be better, with her illegal hunting there must be scars from that right? And sisters get in at least a fight a week so that also makes sense.

   Physical Appearance: Amber is taller than her older sister, but with the same skin color and green eyes. Her eyes have a little blue in them as well though, they change from one to the other. Amber has a few scars, like her sister, from family fights, on her arms mainly. She also has long auburn hair.
   Personality: Amber is exactly the opposite of Umber in personality. She is cool-minded and helps her sister by  making remedies to heal the district. When she does get mad it's usually after her sister has yelled at her, but if Amber's mad watch out! She doesn't like to fight, but she will if needed.
   Flaw: she is way too kind
   Talents: really good at making friends, good-ish with a bow, healer

   Family: Umber(sis)

   Brief History: Amber was born while her mother was dying, so Umber had to care for her. Due to this a strong relationship appeared between the sisters, Amber was never far from Umber. Amber never met her father either, because he had died before she was born. She also never left the house without remedies, a trait that helped her and her sister many times before now.
