Brief History: Silver was always a popular girl. She always had lots of friends and was never really lonely. In short, she had a regular District 2 life. Nothing out of the ordinary, but lots of pampering. Silver especially had a lot of pampering because she was and only child.
Physical Appearance: Silver is very pretty. She has golden blonde hair that falls to the bottom of her ribs. It is fairly straight. She has long eyelashes that frame brown eyes. She has a heart-shaped face and a nose that is on tue smaller side. Silver has long legs, fingers, toes and arms. She is also on the taller side.
Personality: Silver is, above all, a polite person. She always is like this with adults and people she has just met. With her friends she is bright and friendly. And once you get to know her she will probably be like this. If she doesn't like you Silver will be cold and rather mean. Silver is also rather intelligent.
Flaw: Her lack of experience with hunger. If Silver lost her food in the arena she'd be dead very quickly.

I have a comment of sorts, Silver's hair being that long.. My own hair is almost that long :3 Very hard to contain and very annoying! My hair gets caught in everything but besides the point, nice character.

Brief History: Lexi's history is definitely on the sadder side. When Lexi was 8 her father died in a work accident. Her mother died two years later when Lexi was 10. No one really knows the cause. Lexi thinks she died of a broken heart. Anyway, Shane had to become the head of the family. Lexi had to take over the cooking etc.
Physical Appearance: Lexi has been told that she is pretty. She's far too busy to care much about her appearance though. She just makes sure she's clean and her hair is brushed. Lexi has warm brown eyes. Her hair is dark brown, but not black. It is rather long. Lexi is a bit taller than the average 15-year-old girl and her skin is kind of pale.
Personality: Lexi is a very hard working girl. She never goes back on her promises. Lexi is generally a very friendly girl. She is also very open with her feelings. If she doesn't like you you'll know. On the other hand you'll also know if Lexi does like you.
Flaw: Lexi is definitely too stubborn

Alyssa is on the taller side of the height scale for girls her age. She stands at 5 foot 5 inches and weighs approxiametly 85 lbs. She has pretty much always been tall and light so her family has concluded it must be because of her bone structure. Alyssa has lightish brown eyes with a darker brown ring around the egdes of the irises. She has a creamy light tan color skin tone that is free of blemishes. Alyssa has reasonable curves considering she is quite light. Alyssa's lips are naturally pink. They are close to the shade of a deep pink rose. Her teeth are quite white and quite straight, nothing too out of the ordinary. Alyssa's main vanity is her hair, well that and her skin. Anyway, her hair reaches the bottom of her shoulder blades and is a darkish brown. When the sun hits it several threads of red and light brown light up. Alyssa's hair is a bit more than wavy but not quite curly. It looks like it wants to curl but can't. Alyssa's eyebrows are gently arching and on the thinner side.

General Personality:
The bottom line with Alyssa is she is generally pleasant. Alyssa hates having a bad reputation so she tries to keep things pleasant always. Every now and then she has to get mad at someone though. Alyssa isn't perfect. But she usually keeps her anger at bay enough for her to politely excuse herself and go rage in private. Alyssa is all for adventure. Some people ask why, Alyssa asks why not. She has an infectious joy when it comes to adventure so often other people get pulled into them as well. Alyssa doesn't only have joy in adventures, she has it most of the time. Alyssa is a 'glass half-full' type person. She has never seen the point in being depressing and sad. As a result she is pretty good at getting people to feel better. She is the shoulder to cry on. Alyssa can often get annoyed at small things. It's just part of who she is. It could be a noise or something someone said. The things vary but they often dont annoy other people. Alyssa has a unique way of looking at things. In a situation where someone would think it was hopeless Alyssa would not give up. She'd keep looking for an answer. So, she is persistent. Overall Alyssa is pleasant, adventurous and persistent.

Brief History:
Alyssa was born in the middle of a pretty spring day. Although it was getting closer to Winter this day had been absolutely perfect. Her parents thought it was even more perfect when their first child arrived. Alyssa was only an only child for two years, tehn her younger brother Sam arrived. And then two more years later her younger sister Eliza came into the world. They were a happy family. Tony had a stable job and they always had food on the table. Alyssa and her siblings also always had clean clothes and a clean house. Mary is very skilled at household work and wanted her children to always look presentable. Alyssa got on very well with her siblings. They both looked up to her, so it was just as well that Alyssa is a good role model. When they got home from school Alyssa would play with her siblings whenver they desired. She didn't want her mother doing all the work, so this is the main way she helped out. Whenever her mother was doing work Alyssa would entertain the younger children so they wouldn't get in the way. This a good system that is still in place today.

Page is on the shorter side when it comes to height. She isn't incredibly short, but she's still below average. Page doesn't really mind though; it means people don't look at her as much. As well as being short Page is quite skinny. Not slender or slim, but skinny. It's not that she isn't fed, Page is just like this naturally. It might have something to do with the fact that she doesnt eat much. Page's hair is the part of her that makes her stand out the most. It is a firery red and falls to the bottom of her ribs. It curls slightly most of the time. Some days it curls completely and other days it leans towards straight. Luckily for Page it doesn't stand out in District 3 because there are so many other colors and bright lights. Page's eyes are a bit strange. They are a sort of reddish brown. Not normal brown, reddish brown. It's like auburn colored hair in iris form. The eyelashes that frames Hess eyes are average in length. Page has light pink lips that are on the thinner side. Her eyebrows are also quite thin and are a lighter shade than the rest of her hair.

General Personality:
Page, overall, is a quiet girl. She hates attention and crowds. As a result she doesn't really speak that often. If she is with more than four people Page will not speak at all. But if she is with four people or less the rest of her personality shines through. Page is quite kind and caring. She is also very intelligent. But most people don't know this since she doesn't speak that often. Some people think she's a bit stupid because she doesn't think. This is far from the truth. Page is actually one of the top pupils in her year. Page is very very timid. Even if she is wih only a few people she is timid. Page doesn't like telling people if they are wrong or what they should do. She is terrified at the thought of it. And that's not the only thing Page is scared of. She is scared quite easily. In the Hunger Games she would not be a strong competitor at all. In fact, she'd probably be one of the weakest. The only way she could possibly win is if she successfully hid the entire time and everyone forgit about her. That could very easily happen. People often forget that Page is around.

HISTORY
Brief History:
Page's history is completely normal. There were no untimely deaths in her family and her parents weren't abusive or drunks. Everything was completely normal and content. They were a traditional family. The dad went to work and earned the money while the mother stayed at home to look after the house and the children. Page's father's job was very stable. He had worked at it for quite a few years, so if they did have to fire people he would be one of the last to go. It also paid quite well. This meant that there was always plenty of food, quite a bit of money saved up and gifts for Page were completely possible. All the family were happy with their lives, and still are.

Her eyes are a warm brown and they are framed by very long pitch black eyelashes. Since they are so long these eyelashes make any movement that includes them look flirtascious. Aria often works this to her advantage. Aria has naturally pink lips that people often compare to pink roses. She has high well-structured cheekbones and practiacally perfect teeth. Her nose is of average size. Aria's hair is quite straight. The most it curls to is wavy. This straght hair is a pretty chestnut brown that matches the shade of her eyebrows exactely. Aria's eyebrows are on the thinner side and arch gently. Her skin is a light golden-tan color and usually flawless. It is Aria's main vanity so she tries to keep it looking perfect.

Aria is often called a beautiful person with a beautiul personality, and she wants this rep to stay. Aria is a care=free fu-loving girl. She hates being bored and loves exercise. So basically you will never find her just sitting around doing nothing. Aria seems to have an endless supply of energy and likes to use it. Aria makes friends very easily. She also gets boys very easily. Aria hates disappointing people or making them sad. She tries to be happy all the time for other people's sake. Naturally it is impossible for someoe to be happy every moment of every day. Aria just hides all her negative feelings. She locks them away and only ebraces them when she is on her own. When something gets too difficult Aria's natural instinct is to flee. She really doesn't like conflict or fights and will usually try and resolve them. If she sees that nothing she can do will help Aria just walks away. Luckily she manages to solve conflicts most of the time. Aria is a very competitive person. She absolutely detests losing and will not stop at somethig until she wins. Luckily Aria is quite good at most things so not many people see her nastier sde. As well as being competitve Aria is also quite intelligent. She isn't top of the class, but she's up there. When Aria sets her mind to something she will not change it. She just doesn't go back on her word. This gives her supreme loyalty to her friends. She always listens to thjeir problems and would never ever betray them.

HISTORY
Brief History:
The Vail family lives with the Lemmings on the family horse ranch. They make quite a bit of money out of the horses and their ancestors were also rich. As well as this Aria and her siblings have mantained a healthy relationship with two of their cousins, Fleur and Robbie. The horses they breed are probably the best in District 10 and are often sold to people in the Capitol for large amounts of money. So Aria's life has been very easy. She does have to help out on the ranch though. It's a small price to pay for comfort and riches.

Alright, so I'm getting rid of Angel because she's too mean and I don't like her. I was really bored, so I created a Capitol Character. I know I can't use her until I have 500 points or more, so I'm just saving her in here. I won't put her up for acceptance until I get 500 points.

Karma is one of the more toned down members of the Capitol. This is why she has only altered her hair and not even all of it. Karma is pretty confident around people. She isn't shy and doesn't have any problems getting her point across. Most people find Karma generally pleasant. This is because if she sees someone she knows will annoy or anger her she steers clear of them. So most people haven't seen her angry or annoyed. And Karma would like to keep it that way. She doesn't like things spiraling out of control so Karma likes to be in charge. She can accept when she's not though. Karma often sponsors at least one tribute each year.
