You may add color to this and expand it but you MUST follow the template, it's basic guys, not much work you can do it.
Also you may only have a Capitol character if you have 500 points or more, and remember, you may only have one. The Capitol characters you can make are just basic citizens: no stylists, gamemakers, etc. If we do decide to have stylists for one of the Games, they are hand-picked by staff, and we have begun to pick whether or not we shall have them on a Game-to-Game basis depending on how the Games have gone in previous years, so we can make them as enjoyable as possible based on past experiences. Also, Capitol characters are not like normal characters, they are role-played strictly for sponsoring, not their day-to-day lives. Once again the rules/guidelines for Capitol Characters are:
-You may only have one Capitol citizen per user.
-The Capitol characters who users can create are just everyday citizens, not GM's or stylists or even the President 
-You must have 500 points before you can create a Capitol character. This is not a price, just a requirement. You will not lose the points after you create them, but you must have them to start with. You will however, pay for any sponsor gifts with points.
-Capitol characters are not to be RP'd like normal characters. They exist and are playable solely for the purpose of sponsor gifts, and they only time they are RP'd is when negotiating with a mentor for a sponsor gift during the games.
-Oh, and you may not sponsor your own tribute, although this is mentioned somewhere else that defines the act of sponsoring itself.
-You must use the information in the form above when making your Capitol Character. You may add more information if you wish or use a different template, similar to our rules for the district character template, but do not remove any necessary sections.

This topic has been updated to do a request that we spell out the exact rules for Capitol characters since we hadn't been as straightforward with them as we thought and many users joined after their initial creation, where many questions were asked.
