History
Rhea and her twin brother Roe are the only children to a power plant worker and his apothecarian wife. After losing her mother to illness, Rhea had to take on the responsibility of carrying on her late mother's work by providing very basic care to her family and anyone in her district that needed it. Just like many people in the Districts, they rarely enjoy a hearty meal and both Rhea and Roe find themselves claiming tesseraes as soon as they were able. Rhea would never tell her brother, but she always made him think that he was putting is name in equally by claiming the tesserae, but in actuality she always made sure her name was the one being put into the lottery. Rhea participated in the 28th Hunger Games and rose above as the victor. She had infiltrated the careers, using her charm and appearance to her advantage and killed Skye Walker from district 4 to take the spot as victor. She loved Kaspar Locke, who later died in the games.

Looks
Rhea is about 5' 7", thin build with a little hint of muscle tone. She has long sandy blonde hair and light hazel eyes. Her legs are long and slender with a hint of tone in her calves and her arms have no muscle tone to speak of. She is thin like most people in her district due to the fact that they lived in a poorer district and her family would go through periods of time where they had barely enough food to survive; but somehow she manages to keep a glow to her that suggests she gets at least the necessary nutrients from what small rations she does eat.

Personality
Rhea is laid back and kind. She avoids confrontation where she can and wants to please people, especially her father. Rhea is slow to trust and doesn't let people get to close. But that doesn't mean she has no friends, on the contrary she has no trouble talking and meeting people, she just is careful with who she lets in. People have found her to be more kind than most and almost too forgiving at times. She can get extremely jealous though, especially when it comes to the attention of her brother.
Talents: Apothecary and medicines would be considered her greatest asset. She knows what plants are poisonous and dangerous and which have healing capabilities. She also spent the later years of her life with her brother and father, making her more of a tomboy and more accustomed to rough housing. While her brother is stronger than she is, she has more stamina than him and could beat him in a foot race any day. And although she could never kill something she was not bothered by the look of injuries, illness and death when she needed to treat someone.
Flaw: What Rhea has in speed, stamina and knowledge of herbs and plants, she lacks in physical strength and weapon handling. The closest thing to a weapon she ever held was the knife she used to cut up the vegetables to make her favorite stew; which was so rare that she isn't sure it would even count as experience. When it comes to handling stress, she can only handle so much before she starts to crumble underneath the pressure. She also has a weak stomach, she was never able to bring herself to kill a fly.

Nickname(s): Some people call him Nik for short.

Looks
Physically Nikolas looks very average, average height of 5'9" and an average weight that he does not like to disclose. He has an average build and muscle tone and looks like he keeps himself in pretty good shape. Nikolas has dark brown hair that tends to look like he always has bed head or something. He has lighter skin and light freckles over his nose as well as almond eyes that are a Goldish-hazel color.

Personality
For being very sneaky, Nikolas is actually quite a loud mouth. He is severely sarcastic, cynical and a realist and is not afraid to tell the tributes under his care just how it is. Nikolas has never been known to sugar coat things for his tributes and is not one to provide his shoulder for one to cry on. He is actually quite funny though and is able to bring in a crowd easily. He has no problem talking to people, though his friends know that they need to get through his sarcastic nature in order to get any serious emotions out of him.

For the Games
How they Won: Nikolas participated in the 13th annual Hunger Games when he was only 16 years old. Nikolas although a threat in the arena he was put into was not considered a heavy contender in the Capitol stage and was given only a 6 in his Training Session. Nikolas is skilled in the arts of camouflage, traps and being forgotten and it was his strategy to not be looked heavily upon by the other tributes by getting a lower score. Luckily for him he was placed in an arena full of camouflaging opportunities and stayed hidden most of the time. While the Careers finished off most of the competitors and then themselves he caught the last one, a girl from District 2 in a trap and killed her slowly. Letting her bleed out as she hung upside down from a trap. While an unconventional win it was a win nonetheless and he was crowned as the victor. His intelligence and ability to hide made it so he didn't have to face someone much bigger than himself.
