Brief History: Van grew up very close to her brother, Zach. Their parents fought a lot and refused to talk to each other most of the time. Zach would comfort her when they did. Their mother is an alcoholic and their dad is often threatening to kick them out of the house if she refuses to stop. One day, Van and Zach found their mother's store of rum and beer. They hid it and that day, when Gwen came home, she couldn't find it. She threw a big fit, throwing things at everyone. After Alan managed to calm her down, he announced it was the last straw. He threw her out and now Gwen is currently living with her sister. Van often misses her mother, in need of someone to discuss female problems with.

Physical Appearance: Vanessa has long, straight light brown hair that reaches almost to her waist. She is sort of tanned from being on the beach often. She is tall and thin. Van has brown eyes.

Personality: She is nice and helpful. Very sarcastic, sarcasm is like her second language. Often keeps her feelings to herself, you have no idea how many times Vanessa has faked a smile. Even though she keeps the feelings bottled up, sometimes, it gets too much to handle and she starts blabbering all of it out. Most of the times, it's her brother Zach that listens to this. She hopes someday, she'll get a close friend to share these things with. Van shows sympathy for people.

Pets: An old beagle name Junie and a cat named Bagels.

Rich or Poor?: Not exactly filthy rich, but doesn't have to do much work for survival like some.

Flaws: Like I said, she shows much sympathy for people and often want to help them. This can go against her when she has enemies. Van needs to toughen up. Another of her greatest flaws, she dislikes water and is afraid of it. Ironic, since she comes from the only district with a beach.

Weapon of Choice: Bow and Arrow.

Talents: She is great at archery, swift and fast. Also, Vanessa can climb trees like a squirrel.

Name: Adina (Addie) Hart

Family: Ashleigh Hart (mother) , Braden Hart (father) , Cecilia (Cece) Hart (baby sister : blind : 6) , Sophie Hart (Cece's twin : deceased : was also blind)

Brief History: Addie's parents barely pay attention to their daughters. They are too busy trying to get enough food and money to survive. Adina always have to take care of her little sisters, both lacks the ability to see. But one night, Sophie had somehow managed to climb out of her crib. She was 2 at that time. Sophie tried to make her way to Addie's room, but hit her head on a table leg. Adina still blames herself for not hearing Sophie's cry and not finding her sooner. Instead, when she came out in the morning, she had found her baby sister with a big gash on her forehead, lying lifeless in a puddle of blood.

Physical Appearance: Addie has straight dirty blonde hair, which she often wears in a ponytail. She has a pale complexion. Her eyes are hazel and she is pretty short for her age, 4' 8" . She is thin, but not weak.

Personality: Adina acts like she's tough and mean. Like nothing can bring her down. She challenges everyone. But don't get her wrong, you should see how she is when she's helping Cece. She has a soft side. Addie works very hard at everything and tries to reach for perfection.

Pets: A crow named Ty.

Rich or Poor? : Poor

Flaws: She has a hard time seeing people dead, or killing people. When she sees a dead body, she imagines it's Sophie.

Weapon of Choice: Knives

Talents: She has incredible accuracy when throwing knives and an amazing singer.

Name: Zariah (Zar) Galloway

Family: Tammi and Bryan McKim (birth parents) , Bree and Samuel Galloway (Foster Parents)

Brief History: Zariah was an orphan, abandoned by her parents and forced to live off the streets. Her foster parents, the Galloways, brought her in when she begged for food at their doorstep one night. But they are horrible parents to have. They treated her more of a maid than daughter, dressing her in rags when they wear great quality clothing. Zar is given small portions of food and water, just enough to survive. She is beaten and punished if she fails to do what her foster parents say.

Physical Appearance: Zariah has flaming red curls that go to her shoulders. Her eyes are an emerald green. She has many scratches and scars from the torture of her foster parents. She is short and skinny.

Personality: Shy and quiet, she does not socialize much. She keeps to herself and is a hard worker. Friendly, if you really get to know her and is a close friend. Zar is a huge animal lover. Sometimes, she shares her food with some strays, even though she only has a little for herself anyways.

Pets: None

Rich or Poor?: From looking at her, you would think she is dirt poor. But actually, her parents are quite rich.

Flaws: She doesn't speak up, or stand up, for herself. She lets others look down at her and take control of her.

Weapon of Choice: Sword

Talents: She may not be from District 6, but she knows which herbs can be treated for what. Zariah has experimented with different plants on her own wounds to know what cures this and that.

Name: Evalesia (Eve) Scarrow

Family: Bailey and James Scarrow (parents) , Brittni Scarrow (younger sister, 12) , Bryce Scarrow (older brother , 18)

Brief History: Eve grew up with no money problems. Her family is one of the richest in the district. Her parents always attempt to spoil her and her siblings, though they've only succeeded in Brittni. Brittni is an absolute brat. Begging for the finest clothing and only willing to eat the freshest foods. Bryce and Eve absolutely hate her, and that is not the only thing they had in common. Both absolutely love the art of karate. Often, these two would go out and practice together. Eve, despite being younger, won against Bryce most of the time.

Physical Appearance: Evalesia is a brunette. Her hair is long and straight, though she always pulls it back in a tight ponytail. She has narrow eyes that are a dark, navy blue color. Eve is tall at a 6' 1". She is thin with long legs and arms. Her eyebrows are thin and often one is raised to give someone a disapproving look.

Personality: Eve is not afraid to show you what she thinks of you. If she dislikes you at first sight, you may be her enemy forever. She has a sharp tongue and often gives clever comebacks , letting her win most arguments and debates. Evalesia is stern and very serious. Eve will never stop until she gets what she wants.

Pets: Not really her pet, but her sister, Brittni's. It's a small, white chihuahua that barks very loudly. It's barks drives Eve and Bryce crazy.

Rich or Poor: Filthy Rich

Flaws: Eve has a very short temper and often shouts the first thing that comes to mind. She never takes time to think before she acts. Distractions work very well on Eve, for she gets distracted easily.

Weapon of Choice: Her feet and hands for karate. Or, if that wouldn't be the best decision for the moment, Eve has a small dagger she works very well with.

Talents: Evalesia is a great dancer and awesome at karate. Her cleverness gets herself out of many situations.
