Let's begin shall we?

Marcelina was somewhat familiar with this part--the whole cleaning up and sprucing up part. well, at least she'd look pretty when she died. it wasn't a very comforting thought, but it was better than nothing.
As she usually was, she was stoic and silent as they cleaned her up, doing this and that to her body to make her look good on national TV. this sort of thing didn't bother her a great deal.
when they finally arrived to meet their stylist, Marci immediately gained a respect for him. there was no need to sugar-coat this crap; knowing his name was enough. she knew who he was, and what he was here to do. the fact that he cut right to the chase meant to Marci that this meant meant business and knew what he was doing.

Normally little miss Kovac was a fiercely independent girl for which there were no Kewian-based substitutes. however, among people, especially people that had something she wanted, she became like water, following the path of least resistance. she often hid her true feelings about the matters, since they were unimportant. the main goal was getting what she wanted, when she wanted it.
upon seeing the outfit, she simply raised her eyebrows and nodded, knowing that arguing it would be useless even if it was on her agenda to do so. she had hoped for something that wouldn't be form-fitting or greatly revealing... and turns out she got both. she had never actually worn a crop-top before, and the idea never really appealed to her, so she had planned not to ever change that. but... here she was. it was water time.

"Let's." she replied to his question. she had to admit that the more she stared at the entrancing blue colors, the more she started to like them. there was something intrinsically cool about all the flashy LEDs. this wouldn't be so bad at all.
