I walk by the lake near my home again. I do this almost everyday now, because I enjoy my alone time. Especially now, since Josh died in the games. He was one of my best friends, my only friends. I was sure he'd win. Josh made it so far, and yet of course they had to take his life away. But it's the Capitol I'm angry at. I shrug. I wish I could change it but sadly I can't. Oh well. "It's ok Josh. You're probably having more fun up there anyways." Hopefully he's better now. Josh is no longer in pain. I stare at my reflection in the water. I see a man. I was a boy a few months ago, but having a friend in the games has changed that. I know what pain feel like now. Not being whipped by my dad, real pain.
