First Times

He kissed her back and said, "Yep...I can stay for the night." He walks in and sits down, smiling. "So...what do you wanna do? We have a lot of time on our hands...too much for kissing if you ask me."

"Yeah, too much time for kissing. How about we grab something to eat and talk for a bit?" I had quite a bit in the house, so Ace would hopefully find something that he liked in my kitchen.

Ace shrugged and said, "Sure...actually pretty hungry." He went into the kitchen and saw some oranges and decided to take one. He started to peel it carefully and said, "So...any more topics you'd wanna talk about?"

"What about interests? Mines are training and cooking. I've been training since I was 12 and cooking since I knew about safety when in the kitchen. I picked them up from my mum, but the training was meant to be for this year. I promised my mum that when I turned 18 I would volunteer for the games. But I don't want to leave you." Ace would be the only reason not to be in the games. It would be worse if we both were in the games. One of us would have to die.

Ace smiled as he finished peeling his orange. "And I don't want you to leave me...or me leaving you. As for my interests, I liked to learn about herbs when I was younger, train and hang out with my friends. And now I have another interest." He said as he carefully took out a piece of the orange and ate it, spitting the seeds out into the garbage.

"So do I, an interest I thought I would never have." I say whilst going into the kitchen. I grab an apple and go back to sit with Ace. "And don't worry, I won't volunteer. The training was still worth it. I mean, the training center is where I met you."

He at the rest of his orange, got up and disposed of the seeds. He had heard her speaking and said, "Well then, I'd say training is very worth it." He sat down next to her, putting an arm around her.

He puts his arm around me and for the first time in a long time, I'm glad that someone is next to me and cuddling me. "I know it was." This just have been what fate wanted me to do. Change my plans in life as soon as the plan is about to happen.

Ace smiled more and said, "Well...no sense in denying that...and I know I said before that we had too much time for kissing but..." and without finishing what he was saying, he kissed her, wrapping his other arm around her.

I loved having his arm wrapped around me. The kissing gave me butterflies in my stomach, but I love it. I just continue to kiss him, forgetting the time and everything else that's happening in District 2.

Ace had kept kissing her. He was losing track of time, not caring about his surroundings. Eventually, he stopped to catch his breath and realized he was slightly pushing her down a little and he stopped and whispered, "Sorry...didn't notice..." and that was all he said before gazing into her eyes.

He apologised. I didn't know what for until he stopped. "Don't worry. I didn't actually realised until we stopped." I say. I want to continue kissing, but I didn't want to get straight back and startle Ace.

He smiled and slowly began leaning towards her again. His lips touched hers and he broke away a little, eyes still closed waiting for her response. He opened his eyes a little and smiled, also waiting for a reaction.

He smiled a bit more when she pulled him closer, and he began to kiss her again. Her lips felt great against his and he began to kiss her more, without realizing it. He was beginning to lose himself again, stopped and broke away. He looked at her, smiling, and said "Maybe we can use most of this time for kissing..." He joked and he laughed lightly.

Ace was just about to kiss her more when she told him that she loves him. He looked at her, a smile creeping onto his face. He kissed her once more and then said, "I love you too Lynzi...even if we have only known each other for a few hours." He laughed slightly and then he began to kiss her again, this time not stopping.

I continued to kiss him. It didn't matter whether we had been dating for a few hours or 2 years, we were in love as that's all that mattered. I didn't let him out of my sights. I just kissed him.

He kept kissing her. Eventually he was kissing her so much, he forgot he was on the couch and tried to roll over. What ended up happening is that he fell off the couch and landed on the floor with a thud. He lied on the ground for a bit, and he laughed. "Well...that was smooth of me, wasn't it?" He said sarcastically.

I giggled when he fell off. We must have gotten a bit carried away with it. "We can easily go somewhere with more space, so someone don't fall over again." I say cheekily, I pull him up and kiss him again.

He kissed her and then stood all they way up, bringing her with him. "Maybe...we could go to the bed? Although nothing except for kissing...as much as I love you, I don't think we're ready for that." he said and he kissed her one more time.

"I'm not ready for it either." I say as I lead him to the bedroom. I lie down on the bed and put my hand on the other side on the bed, to signal where he should lie.

He lied down where she indicated and wrapped his arms around her. He kissed her head and smiled. "So...what do you wanna do? Kiss some more? Sleep?" He smiled more and kissed her again.

I show my answer by kissing him. If I was honest, I wasn't tired. All I wanted was to spend the night with him. Kissing him, hugging him, being with him. Just not sleeping.

He grinned and he said, "Good choice..." and with that he kissed her more, this time not stopping and he wrapped his arms around her a bit tighter.
