Day 2 of a New Life

I grab a clean spoon and start eating the cake. I hate to admit it, but it was fantastic. There was something strange in it though, something I have never had. I look inside the cake and see little bits of brown. I've seen people eat it on TV, I mean it's a luxury. I don't know what it's called but it is so delicious.

I stared at her with a small smile.She seemed to enjoy the cake.I sighed and kissed her forehead.She was just adorable.And the trick with the chocolate always worked.I got up and went back outside,climbing up a tree and unwillingly falling asleep

I saw him go to the tree and he seemed to be sleeping. I didn't want to disturb him. Infact, I felt tired myself. "Dad, I'm going to have a sleep." I say as I go to my bed and sleep.
