I entered the cave attentively. I followed the sound of voices and once The sound had become loud enough for me to make up the words I readied my bow. And I burst into the light of there fire. "I won't kill any of you if you don't threaten to kill me." I said evenly. My eyes widened at all the supplies they had, they were almost perfectly set.

Fern looked at everyone else, mouthing, trust her?. She would like to have an alliance with her, but they couldn't make their group too large. They were fine as they were, and they could easily pick this girl off, said the evil part of her brain.

I shake my head at Fern. "I'll kill her later..." I mutter barely audible.

"I heard that." I sneered. "I won't kill any of you, as long as none of you threaten to kill me." I repeated. Then I put my arrow back into my quiver. "See, were all friends here."

OOC: If its barely audible, its not likely anyone but who he was talking to heard...

Fern nodded at Nik, then turned back to what was her name? Firefly? "Always good to have a big alliance," she said, feeling bad that she was fooling her. Smiling, she reached out her hand for Firefly to shake, "If you don't know my name, I'm Fern. You're Firefly, correct?" she said, unsurely.

I shook her hand. "Yes, Firefly is correct." I said, smiling. But I always kept my bow at the ready.

Fern smiled. A sinking feeling rose in her. She would eventually have to kill her... Brushing away those thoughts, she said, "Your lucky you came up here. We have plenty of supplies! Make yourself at home," she smiled. As long as the alliance lasted, Fern wouldn't kill her.

"I wouldn't want to impose." I said truthfully and twisted the ring that was on my finger nervously. "Quite an Alliance you guys have here."

Fern nodded, "Feel free to join us." Fern smiled, unsure if she really wanted Firefly with her, "We have plenty of supplies. Of course, you could go on your own... ya know, it's hard to know who to trust; not saying you shouldn't trust us. Everyone here's eventually gonna kill each--" She cut herself off, realizing that she was rambling. Fern understood any doubts the '10 girl would have.

"Well, I do know that theres another alliance out there. It'd be pretty stupid to not join." I said Jokingly. "But I do understand what your talking about." I said to fern, offering her a smile.

I clench my dagger, which had recently became my favorite weapon. "Listen, I don't want to hurt you. But I will. Don't think I won't." I close my eyes and blink. I'd seen this girl in the arena already, and I k we she was good. "And if we kill you first, you wouldn't be able to kill us!" The others had let me in the group, and I needed to proove myself worthy. I had to defend us!

"I'll leave if that is what you perfer. Clearly I am the one who has the un-favorable odds right now." I said, readying my bow, in case he attacked.

I realized I was unwanted here and quickly slunk back into the shadows, the next time I saw these people I wasn't going to hold my arrows.

"No!" I shouted. "I didn't mean it." I sigh, knowing in had messed up, big time. I had probably let my group down in the proccess, and I couldn't deal with that. This wasn't like me, at all. "I'm sorry Firefly, Fire. I was just being irrational. Give us," me, "A second chance."

I turned around and faced Jokk. "Why should I? You threatened my life." I said simply.

"I could say the same about you," I slyly counter. "Yet I want you to stay." My mind is racing, trying to put together why I wanted her to stay. She seemed nice enough, misunderstood like me. We weren't all that different. I guess that's why I wanted her to stay.

I paused he was right. He could say those things about me, and I wondered if this was the place to be.

I stare pleadingly at Firefly. I really wanted her to stay. "Stay with s tongight. See how things go. If you don't like it, you can leave tomorrow. You would even have an advance, for we would be asleep. That's how much we trust you." I look back at my new friends, knowing this was the best plan.

I smiled at him, "I believe you." I said. Then I held my hand out for him to shake it, "Am I officially part of this Alliance?" I asked him in stately manner.

Ken sat on the cave entrance and with a loud huff, he sat down. He shook his head and became his quiet self once more. He was sick. Not physically but mentally. He killed two people on his first day. And it felt so wrong. But atleast he got Fern safetly to Nik. He let his mind wonder while the others talked. He want that ready to talk. He killed a teen. He pushed his bag to Nik and Fern without much of a talk. "Have that."he nodded and watched their reactions on what was inside.

I shake Firefly's hand, smiling. "Yes, welcome to the team." I wasn't exactly a veteran in this group, but I had gotten us a new alliance member. Or group wasn't too big, not as big as some groups have been, but we were strong. Our supplies were plentiful. We were set!

"Anyone thirsty?" I ask, pulling out my water and looking over it. I desperately wanted to know if it was clean or not. I would know whether it was safe to put in our bodies. And the water was so precious . . .

Then I saw Kenbert's pack. I lean over, and I'm utterly shocked. "Food . . ." I say wistfully. It looked like beefstrips, but I couldn't exactly tell. I could just smell the glucose. That was something I could recognize. I heaved my water crate towards the food. "We have a full meal! Oh! Sorry! I'm Jokk Spaff, and this is Firefly James. Don't worry, e're in your alliance." I felt stupid for not introducing myself, but now I had. Firefy and I were the newbies, so I only felt it right to introduce us as a packaged deal.

Lol, Contrary to you belief you ARE the largest group.

EDIT: The only thing I can think of that would make Firefly have a time to go see us is if she went off hunting.
