The Ride Operator rose an eyebrow and stared at the girl. "They are made with much thought and consideration, very much like your possessions," he replied in a low soft voice, knowing that there were other people around but did not even blink a gaze away from the two standing in front of him. Ask the right questions, and he will give the right answer.

Ross hid from the tributes but the ride operator instantly knew someone else was there by the carousel. However, something sharp from the ground poked and pricked at him as he went closer.

Trap Damage to Ross, this is just an inactivity warning because you have to post daily or PM me if you are not :'D Usually you have to post 24 hours from the last GM post, unless you are waiting on someone else to reply. Also do remember to keep your health in check c:

Luna turned towards an irritated-looking Leland. Her mind empty of thoughts, she shrugged. What kind of questions? What kind of questions should she ask? The small tribute lifted a finger to her chin, wondering if she should offer a bunny to the operator. What's your name? Can you tell us where the closest tribute is? How old are you? Do you like shrimp? Are you a Peacekeeper? Are you a mutt? Is there anything on the carousel? Can we go on the carousel? Would you like a bunny? You can keep Starfish if you want. Her mind exploded with stupid, random questions. She didn't dare speak another word without her district partner's approval. But one question stuck out from the mess in her tiny brain. Is there anything on the carousel? The girl waited patiently for Leland to ask his question.

Leland started at the operator, making no effort to speak again. Glancing down at the ground, Leland shook his head. "This is a waste of time," he said, ready to turn and leave. He looked towards her, and noticed that she was looking at him. "Unless you've got something else you want to ask, there isn't much reason to stick around here," he pointed his head at the operator. "If you've got something more to ask, Luna, ask it. Otherwise, we need to get moving." Leland smiled at her before turning to look around for a place they could leave from once they were ready.

"It is all in one perception. Waste of time, valuable information. Ask the right questions and you will be rewarded with the right answers. or you could trade it with your humanity and kill me for it," The ride operator said calmly, standing tall and straight, already expecting his own life to end, for the sake of this being a waste of time. But alas, time is running, no matter what. He has something they want, but they don't even know what they want.

Luna twitched. This man is willing to die. Just to give them an answer? No. He isn't willing to die. He's just ready to die. But perhaps it is the same thing in the Games. Or is it? She shook her head, frustrated by the operator's words, and stared back down at the ground blankly. Since when was the Games a riddle? It was supposed to be survival of the strongest, the fastest, the most resourceful. Luna raised her head and turned towards Leland. "One more question. If he responds in a similar way, we can leave," she said. "I'm sorry if I wasted your time." The girl then faced the operator. "Is... Ah..." she cleared her throat. "Is there a...?" She couldn't. She couldn't speak. But she had to. Most tributes end up being idiots in the Games anyway, no? Many of them did worse than this, no? She took a deep breath and spoke again. "Is there anything we might need on the carousel?" she asked, scratching the back of her neck. Stupid questions lead to stupid answers. She knew this wasn't a question the operator was looking for. But they were going to leave after this anyway. One more pointless question couldn't hurt.o

Ross Bonnett

When falling into the trap Ross couldn't help but make small yelp. He got a few cuts on his legs and arms, ripping the weird outfit the Capitol forced him to wear. Hoping nobody heard he tried to climb out the trap from a mossy grass thing on the side of the trap, with avail. He panted hard while searching for another place to hide, slipping around trying to find a place far enough away from his old hiding space but close enough to the carousel, waiting for the two others to leave. Repeating "I'm screwed" a billion times to himself.

"Wait." he says quietly. "Are they talking to that operator thing?" he quiets down to hear the speech, interested. "Is it a real human?" he asks him self, listening in to try to find the right answer.

Leland heard a yelp, but ignored it. It was likely the Gamemakers trying to screw with him. Smiling at Luna, he nodded. "One more," he said with another smile. Shaking his head, Leland chuckled. "You haven't wasted anything," he said in a gentle voice, watching the operator while she asked her question. Nodding, Leland couldn't believe he hadn't thought of it. However, he had also been more worried about leaving than questions. Placing his hands on Luna's shoulders, Leland was ready to step in front of her, should something happen. To say he wasn't considering killing the operator before the offer would be a lie, but Leland felt the question Luna had asked would suffice for something nice.

"You already have everything that you need from the Carousel," he glanced down to her stuffed bunny and his juggling club, "Find its worst fate, and you shall find its best use." It was not the exact right question he was looking for, but he gave them the best he could.

Luna nodded at the operator, disappointed. She had wanted to check the carousel for supplies, but the bit of child inside of her had wanted to see whatit was like. "Thank you," she told the carousel man. Although he hadn't provided direct answers, Luna assumed they may be helpful in the long run. But it was disturbing how she was considering whether to kill him not. How he would fall. How his blood would splatter on the floor. All for the answer to an unknown question. But that's stupid. He wouldn't be able to tell the tributes anything if he's dead. Can he? Luna hugged her bunnies, hoping they could rid her mind of these strange thoughts.

Ross Bonnett

Ross felt a wave of relief that nobody was after him because of his yelp. He started to position himself to eavesdrop on the conversation more, which seemed to be just the two other tributes asking questions to the operator thing. For some reason Ross thinks it's some kind of mutt bent on killing unsuspecting tributes so he made sure to ready himself if he needed to dash out of there. Hopefully it wasn't, though, 24 (or about 12 now, that's what the canons told him) other tributes and a human-like mutt isn't fair game to him. Well, the games aren't really fair anyway, but that'd just be messed up.

Leland smiled slightly in a victory. There was nothing else they needed here, as he had thought. Gripping Luna's shoulder lightly, Leland prepared to turn and walk away. However, as he turned and faced away, something kept him at the carousel. Frustration. Somehow, having the operator keep them around without any definite answers had sparked something inside him. Rounding around and stepping in front of Luna, Leland raised his club. "Can't let you be of help to anyone else..." Leland muttered. Swinging his bat, he aimed to land his club on the operator's temple.

In one blow, Leland almost instantly took him out with no retaliation. However the Rise Operator, snatched the Sparkly juggling club and smashed it onto Leland , breaking it into a thousand pieces as if it was always that fragile, releasing a flashlight that it has been holding inside all this time. "Find its worst fate, and you'll find its best use," He whispered to Leland before dropping down onto the ground. Once so human, now as dead as a pawn for the Games.

Luna yelped as she watched her district partner's club shatter to reveal a flashlight. The operator seemed to say nothing else before he collapsed, dead. The tribute stared at the lifeless remains. This is all that's left of the operator man. He'll never speak again. Never think again. Never come back. He's dead. She turned away and held up her bunnies to squish their tummies, wondering if they held any hidden objects as well. It would be a shame to tear them apart, but survival over comfort.

Leland had a split moment to note the operator taking the club from his hands until the club smashed into his skull. Dropping onto his knee, Leland grabbed at the place the club hit him. The pain flared to an unbearable intensity. Gripping his eyes shut and gritting his teeth, Leland remained on his knees for minutes. Letting go, he felt a few pieces of the club stuck in his hair. Brushing them out, Leland pushed himself up into a standing position. Glancing down, among the scattered pieces of club, Leland saw a flashlight. Grabbing it, Leland turned to Luna. "Ow," he muttered, looking beyond her. Shaking his head, Leland felt a flare of pain. Looking ahead, Leland looked for an exit. "I think we've spent enough time here," he muttered, walking away from the carousel.

Luna could feel the hardness that nestled inside the bunnies amongst the stuffing, of what, she could not still tell. The tributes finally left the bloody sight, the ride operator's blood seeming to seep towards the Carousel, slowly turning it red.

Since it's been a few days I'll GM for you guys first. c: Sweet if you do not post by tomorrow without a valid reason, (pls PM me if you have a few days that you won't be able to post, it's okay if you can't but you just need to tell me!) you'll hafta face the death penalty. :'c Because this holds everyone and the game back.

Luna turned towards Leland, who has begun walking away from a carousel. The tribute felt guilty she hadn't tried to help him, but didn't know what to say. Instead, she squeezed her bunnies again. There was definitely something that wasn't supposed to be there. Perhaps a weapon? Or some food? She looked up at her district partner as he headed towards who-knows-where. He certainly has a better judgement than herself. Pulling at her already-dirty uniform, she awkwardly waddled after him.

Leland held a tight grip on the flashlight. He might swing it, he might use it for... whatever it was used for. Looking back, he made sure Luna was following. She had the bunnies gripped in her arms, holding them for what seemed for dear life. The thought crossed his mind that something might be in them as well, but he wasn't willing to separate her from the stuffed animals if she was attached. He thought back, wondering if any supplies were still on the carousel. "Not worth it..." he thought to himself. Walking forward, Leland had no idea where he was going, but he wanted to get away from the operator in case something else happened with it.

The tributes left the bloody place, finally giving a chance to clean up the bloodbath left for days.

Spencer sees the corn and decided to walk to it maybe there is some extra supplies there he could use. For a second he thought he saw the pair of stits he used in the begging and started to walk over to what looked like them. He also looked and saw the 2 stuffed bunnies that looked exactly like the ones Aron had and found throwing knives in.

Everything in the carousel was soaked in blood, gross and warm, as if the carousel was bleeding on it's own. The items that were still in the corn all perished along with it. Spencer was unable to collect them in one piece. The bodies were all cleared, but one. One in a much snazzy suit than them all.

Before he could even try to do anything interesting for the bored Gamemakers, The Carousel started to light up, in it's blood and glory. The horses started to turn , causing Spencer to fall in the few days old blood.

Remember try and keep it 4 sentences, c: Trap for Spencer.
